nexRN sends optional SMS text message reminders to users who have explicitly opted in during account setup. Messages include daily study reminders, session nudges, and account notifications related to your NCLEX preparation.
After creating a nexRN account and verifying your email, you will reach the onboarding screen. If you choose to enter your phone number, an opt-in checkbox will appear with the following disclosure:
"I agree to receive daily text message reminders from nexRN. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
The checkbox is unchecked by default. You must actively check it to enable SMS. Providing a phone number and opting in is entirely optional — you can use nexRN without enabling SMS.
Message frequency varies. Most users receive no more than one message per day. You control your reminder time preference (morning, afternoon, or evening) during setup.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from nexRN. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number.
You can also opt out from within your nexRN account settings, or by contacting us at contact@nexrn.ai.
Reply HELP to any nexRN message for assistance, or email us at contact@nexrn.ai.
nexRN SMS is available on all major US carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
Your phone number is never shared with third parties or used for marketing beyond the nexRN service you opted into. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
